My name is Andrew Smarius. I am a user interface/user experience designer based in Los Angeles, California. Recently, I graduated from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Web Design and New Media and now working for a Customer Experience startup in San Diego. My background in Visual Design, User Experience, and front end development has enabled me to have a unique visual sense of the iterative process in experience design. Patience, empathy, and consistency are valuable lessons I’ve been exposed to that I apply to my projects.I have 5 years of design experience, and know-how to work with Sketch, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, that all complement my Prototyping Skills. I am an avid sports fan, especially USC football and Marquette basketball. I love solving problems creatively and finding out how I can help others through user experience.
